The seturl command sets a URL (web page address).

The mlock command locks the channel modes. The pban command permanently bans a user from the channel. The part command makes Z leave your channel. This command adds your friends to Z. User@host- can contain wildcards. Level- the level of Z access you want your friends to have with Z. The lower the Level number, the less access or what your friends can do with Z. Autoop- 0 No autoop by Z when joining the channel. Autoop- 1 Will autoop by Z when joining the channel. Protect- 0 Z will not protect your friends on Z's list. Protect- 1 Z will protect your friends on Z's list. The mode command allows WebTV users to set the channel mode without using the mlock command. MODE was added to help WebTV users overcome limitations in channel management. Channel modes available are: n for no messages to the channel from people who are not on the channel. t to prevent non-channel operators from changing the topic. s to make the channel "secret" which prevents it from showing up in /list. i to make it invite only. k <password> to <password> protect the channel. (omit the brackets <>) l <number> to limit the channel to <number> of users total. (omit the brackets <>) The + may be omitted to set a channel mode, but a - must be used to unset a channel mode. Any combination of channel modes may be used together except for +k and +l together as they BOTH require additional arguments. The banlist command will have Z send you a list of addresses
which are banned from the specified channel. This command was added for WebTV users. The output looks like this: LameGuy!lamer@*.some.isp.net BH 910740043 A breakdown of this output from Z: LameGuy! - The nick of the person banned. lamer@*.some.isp.net - Address (mask) of the person banned. BH - The nick of the person who did the ban. 910740043 - time in unix seconds since Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969. since Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969.
